You throw a baton at 12 numbered pins and try to hit exactly 50 points without going over. It takes a mix of aim and luck, and it fits backyard parties, beach days, camping trips and holiday gatherings.

What's in the box

12 numbered wooden skittles

1 throwing baton

1 dry erase scoreboard

1 carry bag

How you play

Stand the 12 pins in a tight group on the grass. Players take turns throwing the baton from a set line. Each turn adds points from the numbered pins you knock down.

Track every turn on the dry erase board. You need exactly 50 to win, and going over spoils the finish, so players near the end aim with care. The lead often changes hands in the last few rounds.

Kids practice adding and subtracting without noticing, and adults start planning which pin to aim for. Teams of two work well at a cookout, with partners trading throws.

Younger kids can stand closer to the pins for a fair shot, and grandparents can join without running around.

Specifications

Brand: Aivalas

Pins: 12 numbered skittles

Material: natural rubber wood

Players: 2 or more

Goal: exactly 50 points

Testing: ASTM and CPSIA

Rubber wood resists cracking and wear.
