The pack includes four red rubber post caps that help keep your device secure in the mount.

Specifications

Brand: RAM MOUNTS

Quantity: four post caps

Color: Red (also offered in Black and Blue)

Material: rubber

Includes: optional super glue

Compatibility: all versions of the RAM X-Grip

Why replace the caps

The rubber caps sit on the ends of the X-Grip arms and press against your phone or tablet. They give the holder its grip on the device, so a missing or worn cap can make the fit less secure.

These caps fit every version of the RAM X-Grip, so you do not need to match a model year. The red color stands out against a black holder, or you can pick black or blue to match your setup.

How do you fit them?

Pull off any old or damaged caps and clean the post ends. Push each new rubber cap onto a post until it seats. For a more permanent hold, add a drop of the included super glue before you press the cap on, then let it set before you mount your device.

Keep a spare cap or two in your glove box or gear bag. Keep the small caps away from young children.

Safety information

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD -- Small parts.
