- How it works: 

Step 1: Start with the flower side on top. Have your child inhale deeply, pretending to smell the flower. This helps them take a calm, deep breath!

Step 2: After smelling the flower, they can push the flower into the tube, which pops out the candle.

Step 3: Turn it over to the candle side. Have your child exhale, as if blowing out a candle, helping them release stress and tension.

Step 4: After blowing out the candle, they can push the flame into the tube, which pops out the flower. Repeat these steps a few times to complete the breathing exercise!
