Cancellation Policy

Here, at Big Frenchies, if you wish to cancel your purchase order after confirmation: 

- If the order is not shipped, then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it.
- If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping started on it, then no cancellation will be allowed.
