2. During play, if the rope intermittently works, this indicates that the battery needs to be charged. The insufficient battery power in the product causes the intermittent operation!
3. The rope joints in the product are made by hot-melt welding technology. The connection points are uneven, and during operation, a rhythmic "tap-tap-tap" sound will be emitted. Those who have objections, please do not purchase.
4. The rope in the product does not have the ability to resist pulling. It cannot be forcibly torn; otherwise, it will break. If the rope gets tangled, please immediately stop the operation of the product. Otherwise, the rope may be broken and the product may be damaged.
5. Since the original packaging box of the product was too soft, it deformed during the long-distance transportation and reached the buyer with a damaged package. Therefore, we made changes and strengthened the packaging. The original colorful box packaging has been changed to a white wicker box design!
6. Please be careful to avoid knotting the rope when using it, which will affect the use of the product.
7. The luminous rope is made of special materials and is a consumable. If it becomes worn or broken after use, you can use fire to melt it and reconnect it.
