The Nourish & Refine Ritual Kit contains our best-selling Ritual Hand-Poured Soy Candle with Palo Santo, and Clear Quartz. Beautifully packaged inside of a muslin bag and accompanied by an encouragement card, Ritual Kit aids in establishing rituals and setting intentions.

• The Ritual Hand-Poured Soy Wax Candle (4 oz) is handmade with a grounding scent of bergamot, thyme, tea, and amber; and it is beautifully garnished with dried lavender.

• Palo Santo means holy wood. When burned, Palo Santo's smoke is said to have both medicinal and therapeutic healing power. It is perfect to use around the house or around the self for a fresh, clean start. Traditionally, it is burned by the indigenous people of the Andes, shamans, medicine people, and energy workers for spiritual purifying, energy cleansing, and healing. Our Palo Santo is sustainably wild-harvested and consciously sourced from Northern Perú.

• Clear Quartz is considered the most powerful healing stone and energy amplifier. It aids in concentration and unlocks memory and works at vibrational levels attuned to each person, raising energy to its highest spiritual level. Create Your Own Ritual

[1]  Ignite your stick of Palo Santo (holy wood). Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow out to create smoke. Move the palo santo around the room and around your body to cleanse and purify your aura and field of energy. Set it aside on a ceramic or non-flammable vessel and allow the sacred smoke to flow freely.

[2]  Light your candle. While doing so, visualize what you would like to bring forth in your life. As the flame consumes the candle, it releases the energy of your intention and desires into the energy of all things.

[3]  Hold your crystal in one hand, and move the palo santo around your crystal as you close your eyes and set your intention. Place your crystal beside your candle and palo santo to allow the energy of your intentions to manifest.
