Gift Card Balance

Want to know how much is left on your Big Frenchies gift card? Here are three easy ways to check.

1. Open your gift card email

When your gift card was sent, the email included a "View gift card" button. That page shows your gift card code and your current balance, and it stays up to date every time you use the card. Can't find it? Search your inbox (and spam folder) for "gift card" from Big Frenchies.

2. Enter the code at checkout

Add anything to your cart, go to checkout and type your gift card code into the "Gift card or discount code" box. Your balance is applied to the order right away, and you'll see the amount used before you pay. Any balance left over stays on the card for next time.

3. Ask us

If you've lost the email or the code isn't working, write to us at support@bigfrenchies.com with your gift card's last 4 characters (never the full code) and the name or email it was sent to. We'll look it up and reply with your balance.
