Details
PPXMEEUDC floating ball blow pipe toys are the simple carnival trick that never gets old: blow steadily through the pipe and a light ball floats above it. The 30-pack covers a birthday party, a classroom or a church group, and the bright colors come in a random assortment.
What's in the box
- 30 blow pipe toys with floating balls
- Assorted colors, chosen at random
How you use them
Set the ball on the pipe, tip your head back a little and blow a long, even breath. The ball lifts and floats on the air stream. Blow harder and it rises, ease off and it settles. Kids quickly learn that a steady breath works better than a hard puff, which is good practice for breath control and the muscles around the mouth.
Turn it into a contest at a party. Who can keep the ball up the longest? Who can walk across the room without dropping it? Hand one to each guest as a favor and the game keeps going after the cake is gone. They also work as classroom prizes for reading goals, and the pipes fit in a treat bag or a stocking. Since each child gets their own pipe, nobody shares a mouthpiece.
Specifications
- Count: 30 pieces
- Color: random assortment
- Use: breath-powered floating ball game
Use the pipes in a science lesson on air pressure, asking students to guess why the ball stays up and what happens when it tips. Keep the pipes in a jar on a shelf for a rainy day, and bring a few along on a road trip for a quiet game at a rest stop. The bright colors make each floating ball easy to follow with the eyes, and the pipes are easy to use anytime and anywhere, at birthday parties, holidays and other special occasions.
