Using and caring for the toppers
Add the picks once the frosting has set so they stand upright. Beyond cupcakes, they work in ice cream, fruit cups and cookie platters. The toppers are for decoration only. Keep them out of the oven and microwave, and remove them before anyone takes a bite. If you want to save one as a keepsake, wipe off the frosting and let it dry flat. Until party day, lay the picks flat in a zip bag so the glitter stays clean.
