Design and fit
Each ring is made of soft rubber and plastic, measures 0.65 inch wide and fits most kids and adults. Designs come mixed at random, so every handful brings a few different Halloween characters. A small switch near the battery turns the light on and off, which young kids can work on their own.

Care and storage
Switch each ring off after use to save the battery. Store the rings in a cool, dry place between parties. When a light fades, an adult can swap in a new battery. The light-up rings are rated for ages 3 and up, and children should not put them in their mouths.
