The BeneLabel A-frame swing set bracket lets you build the middle support of a wooden swing frame at home. It holds two 4x4 legs and one 4x6 top beam, and a welded triangle brace adds strength at the point where the load sits.

Why the design holds up
A reinforcing triangle sits where the legs meet the beam, which stiffens the joint and helps it resist bending. The powder coat protects the steel from scratches, wear and rust in the yard. Laser welding gives the seams a clean, strong finish.
Building your A-frame
The maker recommends kiln-dried lumber. Use a 4x6 top beam, 120 inches long, with a true size of 3.7 x 5.7 inches. Pair it with two 4x4 legs, 96 inches long, with a true size of 3.7 x 3.7 inches. Fasten the wood to the bracket with the included 16 wood screws and 16 metal spacers.
