How you play in the pool
Inflate the hoop through its single valve and set it on the water. For basketball, players take turns shooting the rubber ball from different spots in the pool. For ring toss, each player throws the plastic rings at the target and counts how many land. The person with the most points wins either game.
Two or three people can play at once, which works for a small group of friends or a family afternoon. The horizontal frame keeps the hoop stable on the water and helps prevent tipping over. Amenon states that shooting basketballs will not cause air leaks.
Amenon makes the set from thick PVC that is sturdy and non-toxic. The same valve lets the air out fast when you are done, so you can fold the hoop flat and pack it for a beach trip or vacation. Keep the patch kits in your pool bag in case of a puncture.
Beyond the pool, the patriotic colors make the set a fun outdoor decoration at a backyard cookout. Lay it near the water as part of your July display.
