Care and safe use
The seat pad, foot mat and toys come off for the washing machine. Otrolepota states compliance with US CPSIA and ASTM safety standards, and the materials are free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, lead, latex and formaldehyde. Before each session, pull the strap to set the height so your baby's feet rest flat on the mat. Stop using the activity center once your child passes 26.5 lbs or 32 inches, or can climb out or walk alone.

Return Policy
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for most products shipped within the United States.* Exclusions apply.

- Custom and handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically to order.
- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
- For health and safety reasons, personal care items (like baby creams, shampoos, balms, sunscreens, and lotions) and food products cannot be returned once opened.
- Jewelry and watches are not returnable.
Restocking fee: a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund on change-of-mind returns. There is no fee if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
