BanaSuper vacuum-compresses the blocks in eco-friendly packaging. After you unbox them, give the foam up to 48 hours to regain its full shape. To clean, unzip the covers with the quick-release zippers and wash the fabric, then zip it back over the foam.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for most products shipped within the United States.* Exclusions apply.

- Custom and handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically to order.
- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
- For health and safety reasons, personal care items (like baby creams, shampoos, balms, sunscreens, and lotions) and food products cannot be returned once opened.
- Jewelry and watches are not returnable.
Restocking fee: a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund on change-of-mind returns. There is no fee if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
