How you use the refill gems
Load a refill disc into your Blinger tool and press gems onto a strand of hair, a jacket or a backpack strap. The hair-safe adhesive holds the sparkle all day. When you want them gone, brush the gems out of hair or peel them off fabric.
Blinger gems work on all hair types and stick to most materials. Kids can mix and match colors to suit an outfit, try a new look for a sleepover, or decorate a pencil case before school. Two themed options let you pick the mood: Birthday Party or Slumber Party.
A big pack means friends can share at a party without anyone waiting long for a turn. Set out the discs on a table, give each guest a section of gems, and let them style each other. Keep the unused discs in their pack between sessions so the gems stay clean and ready.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for most products shipped within the United States.* Exclusions apply.

- Custom and handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically to order.
- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
- For health and safety reasons, personal care items (like baby creams, shampoos, balms, sunscreens, and lotions) and food products cannot be returned once opened.
- Jewelry and watches are not returnable.
Restocking fee: a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund on change-of-mind returns. There is no fee if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
