What the game does for you
Every send is a chest and arm movement, so a few minutes of play counts as exercise for both players. The wider and faster you open your arms, the harder the ball flies, which turns a casual game into a real workout for grown-ups. How you set it up
Stand facing your partner with the cords taut and the ball at one end. Start slow so both players learn the open-close timing, then speed up. Younger kids do better standing a bit closer, while adults can step back for a longer run. Store the handles together so the cords do not tangle in the toy box.
Grandparents and grandchildren can play together because the ball does its own traveling; nobody has to run or jump. Keep a game in the car for picnics and campsite evenings, where it fills the gap between dinner and dark.
