How you build and play
Stick a non-slip mat on top of each deck, then attach four wheels underneath with the screwdriver. The decks measure 1 by 4 inches, a comfortable size for two fingers. Five layers of solid wood give each board strength, so it holds up when you miss a landing.
Start with simple pushes across a table, then try kickflips and slides. Fingers get more coordinated with every session. Set up a ramp from a hardcover book and a rail from a ruler for a desktop skate park.
With two boards, you can keep one at home and one in a backpack, or hand the second to a friend for a trick contest. Skate fans also collect fingerboards for display, and the bright colors look good lined up on a shelf. The pack works as a small gift or a party favor for skaters.
