Elderberry Syrup is wonderful for colds, flu, and allergies. We use organic elderberries and ingredients as they are available.
Our Elderberry DIY kit comes with everything you need to make delicious and effective elderberry syrup - - - minus just 2 ingredients.
Recipe components you will need to have:
1.) Water
2.) 1 cup Sweetener of your choice. I recommend raw, local honey. However, if you are making this for infants under the age of 1, use agave or maple syrup. Reminder: Do not feed honey to infants under the age of 1.

Our elderberry kit comes with recipe instructions on the back of the kits.
To make the syrup you will need:
- - small - medium saucepan
- - 1 medium sized bowl
- - 1 cup measuring cup
- - fine mesh strainer or paper towel
- - ball jar with seal tight lid (or another storage jar with lid)
- - sweetener of your choice (see above)
*** Our DIY kits yield roughly 16 ounces of elderberry syrup.

To Use: Adults: Consume 1 Tablespoon daily. If sick, take 1-2 Tablespoons daily. Children over 1:Consume 1 teaspoon daily. If sick, take 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Organic Rosehips, Cloves, Freeze Dried Ginger, Organic Echinacea.
