The Onekka felt Christmas tree for kids is a 40 inch wall hanging tree with 32 felt ornaments that stick on and peel off. A 16 ft string light wraps around it for a soft glow. It gives toddlers and young kids their own tree to decorate again and again, while the family tree stays safe.
Design and play
The ornaments include Santa Claus, a snowman, snowflakes, a Christmas sock, a Santa hat, candy and bells. Each one attaches with hook-and-loop fasteners, which Onekka sews on for a stronger hold. Kids press a piece onto the tree, pull it off and move it, as many times as they like.
A sling at the top lets you hang the tree on a wall, a fridge door or a window. Wrap the string light around the tree once it is up. Parents and kids can decorate together, then let the little ones rearrange everything the next morning. The tree also works as a busy activity during holiday visits.

Setup and care
The tree arrives folded, so you may see creases at first. Press them out with a warm iron on a low setting before you hang it. Pick up batteries for the light strand ahead of time, since they are not in the box.
Spot clean felt with a damp cloth if it gets sticky. After the holidays, take off the ornaments and store them in a zip bag, then roll the tree in a loose tube and keep it in a dry box. The advent calendar version adds a daily countdown that kids can check off on the way to Christmas morning.
