FourthWear is the first postpartum recovery underwear with a dual-layer, 360° pocket design made to securely hold ice or heat therapy between the legs, at the site of cesarean incision, and around the back where postpartum recovering bodies need it most. It's made with super soft, adaptive-stretch compression fabric that easily and comfortably conforms to changing figures.
Our Between Legs Perineal Ice/Heat Pack is lightweight and fits anywhere in the garment. By design, it is uniquely contoured to fit between the legs and soothe the perineal region but can also be worn over the site of C-section incision or across the back.
