Why the C bend matters
Walkaroo gives the steel an ergonomic C bend that Geospace designed for easy balance, so the first steps feel steadier. Large non-marking rubber feet add stability and work indoors and outdoors. You adjust the arm length quickly to fit a growing child or a sibling, and Vert Lifters, sold separately, set the stilt height from 10 to 15 inches. Teens and adults within the weight limit can use the same pair for costumes, parades or a balance workout away from screens. Geospace also points to drywall work and other tasks where adults want extra reach, since the adjustable steel frame adds height and stability.
Learning to walk on them
Start on a lawn with an adult spotting from the front. Have the child step up one foot at a time, lean on the padded foam, and take small steps while looking ahead. Practice on these balance stilts for kids a little each day. Once walking feels easy, set up a short course of cones in the driveway and time each lap, or try turning in place. Keep sessions short at first while balance and coordination build.
