Handy Art makes this version thick and creamy for students, classrooms and home art tables, and fills it in a 16 oz pint bottle with a flip cap. How it paints
The paint goes on smooth, thick and creamy, with high opacity for coverage on canvas, paper, cardstock or cardboard. Metallic gold dries with a pearlescent shine that stands out on Christmas decorations, award ribbons and model pieces that need a bit of flash. Colors blend without fuss and do not chip, flake or crack once dry. Handy Art rates it a higher quality than typical washable tempera, which suits students moving up in their painting.
Cleanup and storage
Water cleans brushes and hands while the paint is wet. Most tempera colors stain fabric, so put a smock on before the gold comes out. Snap the flip cap shut after each session and the bottle keeps for a long time on the shelf. The squeeze bottle pours evenly into palettes and egg cartons, which is handy when you are filling cups for a class of twenty. Shake it before use if it has sat for a while, and wipe the spout so the cap seals. Art teachers tend to keep the pint on the shelf for small projects and the larger sizes for the days a whole grade paints at once.

- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
