Details
An inflatable rocket toy at 41 inches long is big enough to be a party decoration, a pool float and a bedroom prop at the same time. JA-RU makes this one from metallic foil in an assorted space shuttle style and tucks a bouncy ball into the pack. Kids ages 6 and up who dream of being astronauts, teachers building a space unit and parents planning a galaxy birthday all have a use for it.

Where the rocket goes
Hang it from the ceiling of a classroom for a space theme or over a bed for a kid who sleeps under glow-in-the-dark stars. At a science party it becomes the centerpiece, and after cake it goes outside as a toss-and-catch toy or into the pool as a float. Summer camps, carnivals and pinata fillers use the 2 pack so two kids each get a rocket. Because it folds flat when deflated, it also fits a stocking or a birthday bag as a surprise that grows.
How you inflate it
Unfold the rocket and find the valve. Blow into it by mouth, or use a standard air pump for a faster fill, until the body is firm but not stretched. Pinch the valve closed and tuck it in. To store the rocket, open the valve, press the air out slowly and fold it along the original creases. Keep it away from sharp edges, hot surfaces and pets with claws, and rinse pool water off before it dries so the foil stays shiny. A deflated rocket fits in a drawer until the next party.
