HOW TO USE: Inhaling the oil directly from the bottle or using it in a diffuser to fill a room with its calming aroma. Adding a few drops to a warm bath to create a relaxing and soothing soak. Mixing it with a carrier oil, like jojoba or coconut oil, and using it as a massage oil for relaxation and to support healthy-looking skin. Adding a few drops to a spray bottle filled with water to create a linen spray for your bed to promote sleep.
