Assembly: Petal walls and base mat (non-padded) connect by sporadic velcro (non-linear). Petal walls connected by dual-secured velcro and zipper system. MUST PLACE BALL PIT ON NON-SLIP PADDED MATS.
Fill Volume: Recommended filling of at least 1,070 3 inch round balls (see product picture as example) OR 2,100 3 inch flower balls.
Material: 0.9mm thick PU leather, EPE foam core

Products are handmade and may come with minor imperfections, such as uncut stitch ends which are a part of the production process and do not pose an issue to regular use of the ball pit. As product is going through an extensive shipping process, it may come with minor scuffs and/or yellow patch stains; follow manual instructions for proper cleaning. Send us an email to hello@minicastles.co for cleaning tips and recommended products. If product comes with damage that hinders regular use, contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery. If we approve an exchange or return (for store credit only), you will have one week to ship the product back to us.
Use care with the velcro attachments straps. DO NOT pull or tug to separate the pieces held by the velcro as this will loosen the threading. Press the velcro straps down during separation to avoid unnecessary pulling. DO NOT get the velcro wet or dirty as this will also affect the strength of attachment.
