How to run the craft
Set out the wands with acrylic paint, brushes and the diamond stickers. Each child picks a wand shape, paints it, waits a few minutes and adds gems. You can bring lace, beads or stencils for extra detail if your group is older. Cover the table with paper first for easy cleanup. Kids who finish early can add names to the handles with a fine marker.
The wood has a smooth surface with no burrs, which makes it easy to paint and decorate. The tops are bonded to the sticks with hot melt adhesive for a solid hold.
