Pull the barrels out to full length, point the spyglass at a far object and move the eyepiece slowly in and out until the image sharpens. The maker's test photo shows a cell tower 1.5 km away brought into clear view. Use and care
Extend all the barrels fully before you focus. Fine tune with small movements of the eyepiece. Never aim the spyglass at the sun.
