A stainless steel swing hanger is the anchor point between your ceiling and whatever swings below it. SELEWARE makes this mount from SUS 304 stainless, rates each hanger for 1000 lbs and includes the mounting screws. Families use it for indoor swings and hammock chairs; adults use the same hardware for punching bags and aerial yoga.

Why rated hardware matters
Hooks from a hardware bin were never meant for a child pumping a swing. SELEWARE builds this mount to commercial quality and rates it for both children and adults. Stainless steel shrugs off rust, so the same hanger works on a covered porch or a backyard beam as it does in a playroom. The swivel versions rotate a full circle and swing through 180°, which gives a swing a wider range of movement.
How you install it
Locate a joist or beam, mark the holes, drill pilot holes and drive the included screws until the base sits flush. Clip your swing, hammock chair, trapeze bar, tire swing or heavy bag to the hanger with a rated carabiner or chain link. Check the screws after the first week of use and again each season. Choose the 2 pack for a two-point swing seat or a pair of yoga silks, and the single pack for a hammock chair or a bag.
Pick the spring version if you want a softer bounce for a sensory swing, and the carabiner version if you plan to swap between a swing and a hammock chair often. One hanger supports a single-point item; two hangers spaced apart carry a bench swing.
