A heavy duty swing hanger from BeneLabel anchors indoor swings, hammock chairs, yoga silks and punching bags to a wooden beam or concrete ceiling. Each hanger is made from 304 stainless steel and comes with two wood screws and two expansion bolts, so you can mount it on either surface out of the box. Parents setting up a sensory swing and adults building a home gym use the same hardware.

Why the design helps
Most swing hooks force you to open a chain link or buy a carabiner. BeneLabel's ring detaches from the base, so you can thread a closed loop of rope or chain through it and reattach it. Stainless steel resists rust on a porch or in a damp basement. The 180° swing lets a porch swing or hammock move front to back without binding; the 360° version adds rotation for aerial yoga, hammock chairs and spinning sensory swings.
How you install it
Find a ceiling joist or solid beam, drill pilot holes through the two base holes and drive the wood screws. On concrete, drill for the expansion bolts, tap them in and tighten. Seat the base flush before you hang anything, then test with your own weight before a child uses it. Pick the 2 pack or 4 pack for bench swings and two-point yoga hammocks, and a single 360° hanger for a chair or heavy bag. Inspect the screws each season and after any heavy use.
