How the filtration works
The filter has a 5-layer vertical design. Resin removes heavy metal ions and softens water, activated carbon cuts odors, and non-woven fabric captures impurities and dog hair. Each drop of water passes through several layers before it reaches your dog.
Replace the filter regularly. Before you use a new one, soak it for 5 minutes and rinse it for 30 seconds. The rinse stops activated carbon dust from shedding into the water, and the dust will not harm your pets.
