These aquarium filter cartridges come as a set of 16 large cartridges sized 7.1 by 5.1 inches. They are made to fit Whisper filters on 20 to 60 gallon aquariums. A double layer of high-density media and activated carbon handles debris and odors.

How they work
The double-layer, high-density filter catches residue and fish waste in the tank. Activated carbon removes odors and yellowish tint, which keeps the water looking clear.
Each cartridge is ready to use out of the box, with no assembly. The edge is reinforced to hold the filter media in place, and a built-in ABS frame keeps its shape. The ABS plastic edges resist deformation.

Setting up
Check that your filter model appears in the compatibility list above before you buy. Slide a new cartridge into the filter in place of the old one, following your filter's own directions. Keep spares on hand to change the media on time, and store the extra cartridges until you need them.

- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
