Treat the carnival cupcake toppers as decoration only. Nobody should eat them, and you should not put them in the oven. Add them after the cupcakes have cooled and been frosted. - Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
- For health and safety reasons, personal care items (like baby creams, shampoos, balms, sunscreens, and lotions) and food products cannot be returned once opened.
- Jewelry and watches are not returnable.
