How the hatchery works
Water flows through the mesh in a smooth, even path, and that flow improves hatchability. Biochemical cotton keeps impurities from the fish tank out of the incubation chamber. The clamp is soft, so it goes on easily and is not easy to scratch the incubator.
Using it with your tank
Fill the hatchery with water from the same fish tank. Eggs adapt to their environment, and using the same water supports that. Place your cichlid eggs inside and let the tumbler do the work. The suction tube clamp holds the incubator in your tank. Because the mesh is uniform and dense, water moves in a steady pattern around the eggs, and the biochemical cotton screens out impurities before they reach the chamber.

- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
