Formula and dilution
Dilute 16 parts water to 1 part conditioner, or use it at full strength if you like. The formula contains Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and Vitamin E, which the maker says help loosen the undercoat and strengthen hair at the root. Regular use works against shedding, and the conditioner adds moisture to the coat.
