What the formula does
The formula introduces aquarium bacteria that enhance nitrification, denitrification and organic waste degradation. It also limits the availability of pre-existing phosphate.
The bacteria supplement rapidly reduces concentrations of organic carbon, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate, and it reduces hydrogen sulfide production, in marine and freshwater ecosystems. The maker calls this nutrient remineralization and describes it as better water quality.
Directions
Shake well before use. Mix MicroBacter7 with 250 ml of aquarium water in a clean container, then add that mix to the aquarium.
