Filtration layers
Each filter uses coconut shell activated carbon, precision non woven fabric and biochemical cotton. The layers filter out hair, dust and debris, and they adsorb heavy metal ions.
How to use and replace
Soak a new filter for 5 minutes. Rinse it for 30 seconds and set it in the fountain properly. Plan to change the filter every two weeks and the sponge every month so the water stays clean.

- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.

- Jewelry and watches are not returnable.
