How you use it
Place the mat on the floor and set the bowl on top. The mat keeps the bowl from sliding while your cat eats. The shallow shape means food does not get stuck in the dish and helps stop overfeeding. When mealtime ends, put the bowl in the dishwasher. Steel is more hygienic than plastic, since it is non-toxic and non-allergic and does not absorb bacteria or hold onto smells. Kitchen grade stainless steel is durable and does not hold onto smells. A food grade silicone mat comes with the bowl, and it keeps the dish from sliding across the floor. Wash the steel bowl in the dishwasher after meals.

- Custom and handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically to order.
- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
- For health and safety reasons, personal care items (like baby creams, shampoos, balms, sunscreens, and lotions) and food products cannot be returned once opened.
- Jewelry and watches are not returnable.
Restocking fee: a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund on change-of-mind returns. There is no fee if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
