Doors, locks and wheels
The door locks automatically when pushed closed, and an extra safety latch adds a second layer of security. The front door handles everyday entry. The top door makes feeding, cleaning and training easier.
Four 360 degree swivel casters let you roll the crate for cleaning or room changes. Lock the wheels when you park it so the crate stays stable.
Cleaning
The metal floor grid supports your dog's paws and lets waste, hair and debris fall through. A pull-out, leak-resistant tray catches the mess below. The thickened, powder-coated metal resists rust and urine, and the smooth surface wipes clean.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for most products shipped within the United States.* Exclusions apply.

- Custom and handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are crafted specifically to order.
- Returns are only available for US orders. International orders are final sale.
- For health and safety reasons, personal care items (like baby creams, shampoos, balms, sunscreens, and lotions) and food products cannot be returned once opened.
- Jewelry and watches are not returnable.
Restocking fee: a 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund on change-of-mind returns. There is no fee if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
