HOW TO USE: Inhale the oil directly from the bottle or use it in a diffuser to fill a room with its calming aroma. Mix it with a carrier oil, like jojoba or coconut oil, and massage it into your chest, back and feet to support relaxation. Add a few drops to a warm bath to create a soothing. Mix it with baking soda and water to create a natural air freshener or linen spray.

CAUTION:  Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs. Don't apply to broken skin or abrasions. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with the eyes. For external use only.
