Plastic free deodorant tubes could get stuck specially in cold weather: 

Methods to free a stuck deodorant stick
Roll it:With the lid on, roll the tube back and forth on a flat, hard surface to help loosen the deodorant from the inside lining
Warm it up: Blow a hair dryer or a heating gun around the entire tube for couple minutes to soften the deodorant slightly. Alternatively, place the tube in the microwave with the lid off for about 10 seconds, or place the deodorant close enough to a heating source such as a wood stove or electric heater for about 30 minutes or more if needed. Be careful not to overheat it. Let it cool slightly before pushing the stick up.
