Our herbal sitz bath is exactly what you need to bring comfort, healing and pain relief to your perineal area. The nourishing compounds from this all organic herbal blend is made specifically for postpartum moms and will aide in decreasing inflammation, soothing itching and irritation and increasing blood flow to heal irritated perineal tissues and hemorrhoids. It comes with 5 convenient ready pouches in cotton muslin bags for easy use in a variety of ways:
-add the bag to a shallow bath with warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes
-brew a tea and apply with a warm compress
-brew a tea and add to your peri bottle rinse
-use in a yoni steam
Use several times a day for the first few weeks after birth, as needed. For the bath you can also add dead sea salt, epsom salt or our herbal bath salts to help cleanse and add extra minerals that also further in the healing process.
