How you play
Line players up, blow a whistle and let the races begin. Run a sack race, then a three-legged race with the belts, then an egg and spoon relay. Finish with a bean bag toss and hand out medals to the winners.
The sacks measure 100 by 70 cm, about 39.37 by 27.55 inches, which gives grown-ups enough room to hop alongside the kids. Handles help you hold the bag up while you jump. Children work on jumping and coordination, and teams learn to cooperate. Adults can play, cheer or referee.
