Another herbal remedy with many uses for different ailments used in this tincture is passionflower. Passionflower is promoted today as a dietary supplement for anxiety and sleep problems, as well as for pain, heart rhythm problems, menopausal symptoms, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. Uva ursi is used for many different urinary tract disorders, and can reduce bacteria in the urine. It can also reduce swelling/inflammation. Valerian is used for many different ailments including insomnia, anxiety, depression, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menopause symptoms, and headaches.
Use during PMS symptoms 2 dropper fulls in AM, or as directed by a healthcare provider, or as maintenance 1-2 times a week.
Good stored in cool dry area for 3-5 years.
