The ZALER long dog leash is a training lead made from climbing rope, 2/5 inch in diameter, in lengths of 10, 15, 20, 30 and 50 feet. It has reflective threading, a comfort grip handle and screw lock carabiners, and it suits recall and obedience practice.

Why a long lead helps
A long line lets your dog explore at a distance while you keep control, which makes it useful for teaching recall and other obedience skills. Pick a length that fits the space you train in, from a short 10 foot lead for a yard to the 50 foot option for open fields.
The screw gate on each carabiner needs a manual twist to open, which lowers the chance of the gate coming open by accident. ZALER notes you can also tie the leash out to a tree or railing.
Visibility and grip
Reflective threading runs through the rope so you and your dog stay visible in low light. The tubular handle is covered with reflective nylon webbing and gives your hand some comfort when your dog pulls.
